Been there also. I quit going to west cove other than rabbit island from the south cut. I was in a smaller boat when I ran onto about 2 inches of water in a flat bottom. The sucktion was killer to get it turned around. I hope everything is ok with the ride Ray. It's bad enough for that crap to happen but even worst when you have to open the wallet to repair our screw ups.
