Took a couple of youngsters to Duck Lake area today. The water was probably to clean and beautiful. We could see down clearly to about 3.5 feet. After spending all day we had nothing to show for it. We only got about 6 bites all day. Couldn't even get a catfish on jug lines. But we had fun any way and definitely enjoyed not getting beat by the heat. It was cloudy and cool all day.
