I have paid the exorbitant $90 fee for a fishing license in La. since I moved to Texas in 2000. If only I had the cash for a lifetime license when I was a resident there. I just didn't have $500 at the time. $90 is ridiculous, but I have no choice. The fishing is better in La. and when I'm home that's what I do with my dad.
