I had some issues awhile back with trailer issues. I had to change some bearings and an axel on a new trailer because after a little investigation the JA's did not pack the hubs. Anyway when doing this I inquired about the fluid filled. Both trailer dealers recommended that I stick with the grease packed hubs. Their biggest reson was if you blow a seal the grease will stay in the hub and get you home, where as the fluid would leak out and cause a failure resulting in fried bearings. If you keep them i would bring it in to someone who knows how to service them. You may pay a little extra but i am sure you dont want to end up launching your boat off a tow truck again.
