Went out this morning to take my dad on a lil freezer filler. We started out trying to land the BIG one being that the full moon is tomorrow. As I approached the honey hole we were welcomed by the tide not moving much and soon to follow a big lightning rainstorm. So we made a move to get out the rain and it was like the rain followed us wherever we went. After burning enough gas and running all over the creation from the storm. I made the decision to just fill the box with eater size trout. Pulling around Pelican Island there were 11 sets of different birds. In no time we boated our 50th trout and made the ride in. The tide was acting very weird, with it suppose to be coming in till around noon with a 1.8 range. It seemed alot less. All fish were caught on Marsh Works croakaine tightlined. The fishing is so crazy down here right now it makes it really easy to boat a great mess of fish. www.gripnripguideservice.com
