Baton Rouge has gotten alot worse since '05, gotten a lot "darker" since '05.....
Just like any other city.....places you go & places you don't.
Zachary Boy.........Zachary has gotten a lot worse also. Lived there for 12 years......Where I was living during Katrina.... Baker seems to be moving North!
