Im going to get some PP tonight and just put it in one of the holes and fill up the spool..... the reason i put 1/3 or 1/2 a spool of mkono on first is because the braid is expensive and you very rarely get it down to the backing so i basiclly just fill up the spool with garbage mono then put a top shot of braid. tie a uni-uni knot for the braid to mono connection. even i dirty water i use a leader cept when targeting reds
