Bend 1" stainless tubing into a large hook with & eye welded on the end with bungee cord doubled over works great for rig hook
also weld an eye on top outside of the bend with 3/8 rope attached to pull it loose
Yup we made a few at work
I lost an anchor in the Ms river (Venice) in about 20 feet of water. No telling what it was hung on.
