big lake 7/24/10
Me and the wife headed south today from hebert's. went to the weirs in search of crabs and shrimp, didn't find either one. fished the back side of the 4th weir and caught 2 keeper reds and one spec, my personal best 25 inch 6 1/4 pound spec. Caught all fish on mullet. Headed to the jetties, caught one red. tried a couple of other spots on the way back to hebert's but no luck. Really Really hot today!
