I wasn't mad the first 2 times this guy did it, as he gave us about 50 yards or so. The last time he came about 25 yards up current, cut his engine and proceeded to drift between us and the beach. Then I guess he gets pissed off because we're catching every cast and he's not, starts his big engine and plows right through the fish.
I guess third time was a charm...
This is the main reason I try hard to not fish the popular areas.
