I had a bad experience out of Cypermort Point a few years ago. We fished Saturday about 10 miles south of SW Pass. We tied up to some wooden poles and wore out the 3-5 lb. trout. Some young guys saw us and came in and tied up to the next pole about 20 yards away and they too were smoking them. No big deal. The next morning we went to the same spot and the same guys were on the poll we were tied up to with several other guys in a big offshore boat this time. I killed the motor about 70 yards out and trolled to the poll they were tied to the day before. When we tied up we casted the opposite direction as them and thye start shouting and throwing 1 oz. sinkers at my boat. Then one guys cast his line in my boat. I wrapped it around my hand and start trying to jerk the pole out his hand as hard as i could until the line popped. This went on for about 10 minutes until I finally lost it and started my boat and pulled up to them. It was a buch of 17-18 year olds running there mouths and i think if I would have climbed in there boat I would have drowned someone. I finally trimmed my motor till it was about 3 inches under the water and gunned it around them about 10 times. In no way did I effect these guys and the fact that they did the exact same thing to us the day before which we had no problem with really pizzed me off.
