Broke my transducer and about to order a new one, which one do i want? The thru hull looks easy to mount, just hole saw a hole and mount to hull but looks like you lose your water temp, on the other hand I can just pull the wire back to the transom and mount there again but take the chance of breaking again like the first one. Any perks one way or the other?
