I learned along time ago you treat everyone like you want to be treated and everybody will be happy. People don't understand if someone walks through your door especially if its a specialty shop they will buy or have the potential to buy. Even in good times you got to try your best to help that person.
This type of service that burns me up.
When I finally ran a roofing supply house I would pass up on experienced people due to they gave piss poor service. One was my former manager that finally got fired. He asked me for a job. I told him," if I wanted to listen to an A__ H__ all day I would listen to myself fart."
A person that is trainable, open minded with a good personality is golden.
