Ok well maybe Never-Seize was a bad example. I personally have never had any trouble. I have used it on every boat trailer I have had and My Dad uses it on his Boat trailer which is 20 years old and has probably been pulled thousands of miles. Neither one of us has had any trouble with the lugs or tires except for normal wear and tear.

I do know that you don't want to be stuck on the side of the interstate with a flat and you can't get the wheel off.
