I read a report from someone that appeared to be very knowledgeable (?).
He said that Marthon Oil refinery was the only refinery in Lousiana that was not making ethonal gas.....and they were suppose to make the change sometime in Aug or Sept.
Maybe his information was only about refineries along the Mississippi river?????
