conspiracy, where you don't have to get caught with damning evidence, as long as they have two sources, you have a conspiracy charge.whether that being phone recordings, photos,videos,a RAT, a confession, etc.

no one hears about those cases! but they really do exist and people are going to jail because someone who really got caught gave up bogus information for a easy off plea bargain!
