this is the 4th time the "battery" has drained down/burnt up.
Last time, I walked in, gave them the phone, they updated it and gave a new battery. Said don't let it go past 15%. No problem.
Went to plug it in at 66%, woke up, no power to the phone.
I've had the same phone for the past 4, im thinking they need to give up a new phone
