I wanted a new phone and my contract wasn't up and went to all the AT&T stores and they would say you have to buy one at full price so I called the 800 customer care number nd told them I was having problems becuase the phone didn't do what I needed it to do you know long sad story and BAM new phone an was out of pocket about 20 bucks for shipping. It was the HTC Inspire 4G phone that they sent me I had a Iphone should be Icrap
