According to reports, Larry Miles, 22, was involved in a shootout at a McDonald's, which started up again an hour and half later on Elizabeth St.
Investigators say they found around 60 spent rounds between the two locations.
Two people were hit by gunfire and suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Three other men have been arrested for the shootings.
Miles has a long criminal history and should be considered armed and dangerous. MNay be armed but don't think he's to dangerous
