Congrats man! They're a whole new road in life. All that you hold dear now will mean nothing when that baby gets here. That's a good thing too because as soon as they can crawl then walk, they start breaking all your valuables!
As far as having a budget for a kid in place already...Tear it up and throw it away. Them little suckers consume every spare dime, it seems!
