I agree I often work in different construction yards in South LA and most of the ppl they hire are aliens and I promise you not 1/3rd of them understand the English language. We have safety meetings every Monday morning for God knows what reason, because half the fother muckers don't understand a word the safety man is saying and the upper management wonders why there is so many accidents...... frikin idiots!! Hire some damn Americans or english speaking aliens and maybe it'll cut the number of reportables in half!
I have to say though out of all the different yards, SHAW has been the best I've worked for. They had a lot of aliens, but most understood english and knew how to speak it, and they had a pretty good head on top their shoulders. I can't say the same for DII.......
