My buddy has the 2200 tourney with a 225 yamaha ..... With 3 people & Equiptment he can run 52 mph.
Cruise at 35 mph around 3800-4000 rpm.
So the larger engine may give a Lil bit more mph.
But those older 225-250 Yammy have a weight diff. Correct.......
