Finally got a test run today with great results. the interface cable brings in data just like cmc described. I was worried the 522c wouldnt display mpg bc im using the internal antenna, but its all good. MPG, rpms, etc, what ever is an overlay option you can now have on your display. this thing will pay for itself in no time. thanks cmc for the info, i would have never thought it would be that easy.
I didnt test to much because i was limited on time, but the results were not much different from the online yamaha performance data.
35mph 3700 rpm 4.25mpg
40mpg 4400 rpm 3.70 mpg
wot about 48 mph 5700 rpm 2.65 mpg...didnt spend to much time here
rough numbers there from the top my head.
Hopefully going fishing in cocodrie tomorrow and will have more results.
