I hope that you can beat them into a corner! I would start advertising their name on EVERY site you can find. When they ask you to stop, tell them you will when they right what they wronged. You may be surprised at how quick they respond. I'd put an ad in their local paper in the boat section of the classifieds. Run them under the bus! Remember, it's not slander if it's a fact.
