He must because this report sounds just like it would had W wrote it.
"We had 30 specs by 9am. So we decided to tag some trout. We tagged 77 from 9 to 12 all caught on soft plastics (we had 7 over 5 plus #'s). From there, we decided to hit the top water. Caught 52 with at least 100 plus blow ups."
