Fishing with me today were David Ruehlman, Matt Moore, Jonathon Miller (Texas), and bull rider Cody Buller (Montana). 35 mph winds today made it the worst conditions possible to fish in. We started in a protected area looking for trout. Shrimp and bait fish were jumping and skipping out the water everywhere around us, but only one speckled trout to be had (little white trout had the bait in a frenzy). We moved into the ponds and found a few redfish to fall victim to our irresistible Cocodrie Cocahoes. Made a couple more moves adding some bass and another nice red caught by Cody Buller. Good times as usual despite the horrible conditions today. Once again I would like to thank everyone that participated in this event for making it such a success. Thanks to my crew today for sticking it out in the less than desirable fishing conditions.
