Where are you located and have you hunted this area before? IMO, it is not practical to set blinds on new marsh for atleast a one season. It will take you one or more seasons to figure out water levels and flight patterns. Stay mobile the first season, hunt the existing grass/cane and you should get an idea of where the birds want to be and then put blinds in. We have a monstrocity that will probably be cut down this year since it is too big and not productive.
