mostly all i do now. occasional oven bake but you gotta ask my dad about that one. Actuall he can tell you a few ways that are good to cook.
We used to bring them to Wago wheel before they tore it down to build best but. That was the best smoked goose ever. But they dont exist anymore. I think the guy at Smokey Joe's will smoke it for you. Just stuff some pieces of garlic in the breast before you do it.
