I am retiring at the end of May this year and I need to get some things done before relocating. I have 64 acres on the Sabine river and I am willing to sell appx. 9 acres. It is not bottom land and, in fact, is adjacent to to the spot where I plan on putting a home. It is all hardwoods and on top of a ridge. With a little clearing you would have a beautiful view of the river bottom and the wildlife that inhabits it. You and I would be the only people to have a place there. Restrictions would include: 1) no subdivision of the property, 2) only one single family residence. It is part of a 128 acre piece of property that my siblings and I inherited from my grandparents.
