we spent the weekend there for the classic in 2009, we had a great time ! went watch the weigh in friday. sat we got up early to watch blast off ( get there EARLY )we spent the day at the expo. this is where the best mess up happen !!!! we left the expo a lil to late to start ,the traffic was bad as we got close to the weigh in. we finally get to the parking lot and bam the line of people was starting to go around the building ! needless to say we left and went strait back to the boat launch (wort missing out on a weight in ) the only thing was we had to walk a half mile to the launch cause u cant park down there . we sat on the dock while the pro came in to load up. only a few at a time can leave for the weigh in so the rest sit in there boat at the dock till there called. the whole time we were there we saw about 30 people walking around ( mostly people working ) coolest thing we did all weekend ! the sunday we slept in and made our way to weigh in around 12 even though it dont open till like 3, but we were first in line to get in, we had great seats to !
