We won't start having them on the buffet at Lauberge until mid March. We will have them for $30 to $35 all you can eat depending on market price. Most restaurants are selling them for $25 to $30 a platter thats on about a $5.99 a pound average cooked. Farmers say price won't come down any time soon due to drought and fuel prices.
