We have bout ten hours on it already. We have been breaking it in the right way. Varying the rpms. Still not proped right. Running a 21 p revolution 4. I think we need a 19. With it hammerd it only turns 54-56 hundred rpms. When I trim up it does t gain speed when the rpms go up. I think we need to also lower the motor. It performs the best with the jack plate buried. We might not have enough motor in the water also. But being 25'6", it handles a 2+ chop well. As in the 50's.
