I had a chance to go and meet Reggie last weekend and lease a blind. I can't speak to hunting the blinds since I did not hunt with him last year but he does seem like a stand up guy. ASR also is leasing from him if you want to PM him.
He has a spot available in his camp which is just south of PineIsland near Welsh. For $1,000 you will have full access to the camp and your own rooom in the camp with a lock on the door so you can leave your equipment and other items. Below are a few pictures of the camp.
