I agree. I would also add that if you have the money to give that's one thing. I can't imagine you do being in school with 2 kiddos. A simple "I'm sorry but I just don't have it right now" should get you out of it and maybe be alright with your friend that's incarcerated. Now if you're not very close to that friend, maybe just a no would do.
