The ones I used to fish growing up are on the south side of lafayette past the acadiana mall. Would ride my bike through the woods and fish close to where to culverts would drain into the river. Now the woods are a big neighborhood. You got a point,we have polluted water everywhere. Gives em a lil extra flavor.
