Find someone with an e collar and bait that dog into getting on,around,or near the flower bed. When he/she does, light their a$$ up with the collar. You need to make them speak to Jesus(red button). Dog physiology is place sensitive ie; a bad thing happened right there so better stay away. Dogs love cow/horse $hit but when it bites them back they tend to leave it alone.
