Pox, those are nice! But her criteria is killing me. She wants to be able to park under it, minimum 2 baths, screened area downstairs, and waterfront or slip very close by......she better be getting a raise!
I like the first one you posted. Add 10x10 covered porch up there and a cover, screen underneath, and its gold!
