Nice. Yeah, I wore out a couple of electric knives on drum, then gave up and lately have been using a big Buck knife (119 fixed blade 6") to separate the fillet from the skin. I think I'm going to invest in some higher end fillet knives before our next trip to Louisiana. The electric knives are great for trout, but I prefer to fillet redfish, drum, sheephead, and catfish the old fashioed way.
