Lumpia Phillipino style egg rolls...... into the mixing bowl- ground pork, carrots, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, garlic....
get a few tools together, ground pork mixture in the mixing bowl, a bowl of water, cutting board, a scoop, and of course Lumpia wrappers.....
scoop a heaping tablespoon of the meat mixture onto the Lumpia wrapper and flatten it out.....
and then we roll the wrapper about halfway
fold in the two sides.....
roll to the end and wet it with your fingers so the end will hold to the rest of the wrapper......
then you fry them for 6 -8 minutes at 375.....did get a pic of that but I did get a pic of the end results.....
