USL Grad here.....as long as Lafayette is the service hub of the oilfield, there will be PLENTY jobs around.
As far as Cypress Lake near the union.....You NEVER want to have to "clean" it!!!!!!! But is was a fair price for the fun "we" had.
And...where in the heck can you get a poboy like Old Time Grocery that close to campus!
