In 3 years, I have not found a roommate in lake charles that like to keep a clean house like I do, so it's time to find my own place.
Preferably looking for a 1br house behind a house to rent.
I have a job and can provide proof of bill payments for the last 6 months.
I would like to pay around 400 a month. I know this is on the low side for a one bed room, but I'm being honest. If you have a place for rent, we can discuss payment. Lease would be for one year.
Graduating from McNeese in December. Taking 15 hours and working so will not be at location much during the day time, and will be fishing on weekends.
Will consider locations in Suplhur.
