1. It's a lifestyle. I have never been confused with being a Mental Heavy Weight but doesn't this statement contradict? Being fit is very advantagous but I don't see this "Fad" lasting over 2-3 years and another "Fad" will replace it. This is another "As seen on TV" infomercial.

Been there done that many moons ago and have the broke down body to prove it. The human body cannot maintain a regimen like this indefinitly. Yes, I know ya'll are bullet proof right now just like I was at 22-30 but it will catch up to you sooner or later. Happy Hour will eventually be more fun than this torture.
