What model do you have?
You definately have a leak somewhere, I have a Blade and i had all kinda problem with creases and pin holes in my lines and leaking down. After talking to power pole, they informed me that it was installed improperly and that will cause small holes and creases until the problem was resolved.
If it is mounted to the transom make sure the holes that the hydraulic lines go through arent to tight or sealed with silicon, if sealed or to tight you will constantly have problems in order for it to move freely it has to pull/push the lines in/out of the transom so there are no kinks. You need a good 2-4 inches of travel back and forth.
Also check you ferrels and make sure they are crimped tight enough or not crimped enough.
Good luck!
