I'm a small government guy for sure. But saying that hunting guides are different from fishin guides bc of cost of business doesn't hold water with me. Putting in place a set of safety requirements should have nothing to do with a biz owners other costs. I think anything put in place should be extremely affordable. If a guy can't pay a couple hundred bucks or so for some sort of license, he does not have a viable biz anyway.
And btw there are guides taking people on public land in LA. They do it in the basin and in catahoula lake for sure. I think that is ridiculous but is a topic for a different thread.
