I don't see anything wrong with an 18 year old accompanied by his or her parents to drink, the way i see it is if your old enough to vote, be tried as an adult, smoke, join the armed forces i think you should be able to have a few to many drinks even though your still an immature adult at this level that's why you must be accompanied by guardians to drink so they can keep you in check
