It's called a Jackall Bowstick. It's a Jap blank, so, quality is not an issue. Couple of buddies here that I used to fish with all the time have been rapin' the trout at Delacroix on them 'Sticks. They love 'em. My wife retreived one in the pool and said, "All mine does is
wobble."
Best topwater bait I've ever seen.
