wow! his brain injury wasn't even from getting hit with the bat, its from a ball hitting him in the chest causing him to have a heart attack and not breathing which keep oxygen from his brain! I know a guy who's face got reconstructed because of a baseball, he didn't sue anyone thats a chance of playing the game! thats why schools require kids to have health insurance to play sports because accidents happen!
