It really doesn't matter if the problem is corexit , lake of water lack of salt or lack of skills. I said from day one that the reduction in speck limits over on the west side was just the foot in the door for a statewide reduction!
EVERY TIME i asked anyone that had anything to do w/ the reduction if this was true?
I got the same pat answer. We have no plans to reduce the trout limits statewide AT THIS TIME! It's coming and just like the west side It will be rammed thru w/ no scientific basis and there's not a damn thing we as fishermen will be able to do about it!
