Johnson Bayou Hunt
Saw more ducks today than we've seen at our place for a while. Mottled, mallards, spoonys, lots of widgeon, teal, few grays. Ended up bringing home six blue wing teal. Big ducks were all over us, but teal were for the most part high and haulin'. Poor shooting and lack of good oportunities left us 2 short of our limit. Birds filled sky consistently until we left at about 11 am. Good sign for this early in year.
