Joseph Harbor
Anybody know if Joseph Harbor is opening anytime soon. I been pulling my trawl in the bay and finally found some the bigger shrimp but just not plentiful. I'd like to go throw my cast net at least once this year try get some the bigger shrimp at the weirs over there ?
